1. Service Overview
Authenticator Cloud provides verification code management, QR recognition, backups, optional cloud sync, and membership subscriptions. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and Sign-In
- Some features are available locally without signing in.
- Cloud sync, membership access, and multi-device recovery require an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your email account, sign-in codes, password, and device access secure.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must protect your verification codes, secrets, backups, and recovery codes.
- You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or service-disrupting activity.
- You are responsible for sync, backup, deletion, and subscription actions performed under your account.
4. Membership and Subscriptions
- The Free plan includes local codes and backup import/export. App backups need a passphrase; extension JSON contains unencrypted secrets and needs separate protection. Formats are not interchangeable.
- Pro unlocks cloud sync, multi-device recovery, and advanced extension features.
- Monthly or yearly prices, taxes, and billing currency are shown at checkout.
- Activation, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may be affected by the rules of payment providers or app stores.
5. Availability and Changes
- We continuously improve product behavior, sync logic, and security implementation.
- We may change features, membership benefits, or technical integrations for security, performance, payment, or product reasons.
- If these terms materially change, we will update this page.
6. Disclaimer
- The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for reliability and security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
- You should maintain your own backups where appropriate to reduce the risk of loss caused by devices, deletion, third-party changes, or account issues.
- Issues caused by third-party websites, app stores, payment providers, or device platforms are not fully within our control.
